После того как отправили, потребовал еще 200 евро, но когда услышал отказ - заблокировал в вайбере, который являлся единственным каналом связи. Украинский номер не дает. I am Jasper Van Assche and I was renting a room in Bonifatia Phoenix Chemnitz from September 14 till October 2 (reservation number: 831773670). I have paid €441.00 upon arrival for the whole stay.
However, from September 18 till September 22, I was in Leipzig and I did not use the room. It was then said to me that I would be reimbursed for those nights that I was not in Chemnitz. This was also confirmed to me telephonically by Klemens on September 30. Via Karl-Heinz’s cellphone, I texted my bank account number (BE88 9730 8378 9341).
Unfortunately, a week later, I did not receive any payment yet. Could this be arranged as soon as possible, please?
