| Denys20-06-2018 г. Ненадежный арендатор.
Ехали на отдых в Одессу с семьей и маленьким ребенком на 15-18 июня 2018. За две недели до заезда списался для бронирования квартиры. Согласовали даты, стоимость (запросили большую нежели указано в обьялении), условия, предварительное время заезда и контактные данные в переписке. Арендатор подтвердила бронь. При этом предоплату не взяла.
Накануне уведомил что выехали - ответ ждём вас. Утром приехал в Одессу. Оговоренное время заселения было на 13:00. В десять перезваниваю для согласования точного времени заезда - ответ что сейчас согласуют время с горничной и перезвонят. Прошло почти 2 часа - нет звонка. Набираю повторно - спрашиваю когда же всё таки можно будет заселиться? Быстро отвечают что квартира занята и бросают трубку. Повторные вызовы стали сбрасывать, на сообщение не ответили. Скорее всего что в последний момент видимо попался клиент который пожелал арендовать квартиру на более длительный срок...
Арендатор денег по предоплате не брала и имела право отказать в заселении. Но проявила свинский характер не уведомив про отмену брони и не принеся минимальных извинений за предоставленные неудобства. Пол дня отдыха мы потеряли в ожидании заселения, которое так и не состоялось.
Стоит ли пользоваться услугами таких людей при планировании вашего отдыха решать вам.
П.С. Наша история закончилось хорошо. Сделав пару звонков нам удалось быстро найти квартиру с лучшим расположением. |
