I have paid €441.00 upon arrival for the whole stay. However, from September 18 till September 22, I was in Leipzig and I did not use the room. It was then said to me by Karl-Heinz that I would be reimbursed for those nights that I was not in Chemnitz. This was also confirmed to me telephonically by Klemens on September 30. Via Karl-Heinz’s cellphone, I texted my bank account number (BE88 9730 8378 9341). Unfortunately, a month later, I did not receive any payment yet. Could this be arranged as soon as possible, please?
