I would like to know who does this number belong to. My land-line phone provider UPC charged me for calling this number on 11/December/2016 at 20:41:56, but in fact nobody called it from my home on that day and I wonder whose number it is. Can you provide such information?

I received a call from this number in quick succession to others and right after a message with a WhatsApp confirmation code (Everything at 4:30am). This is why I believe this number is either spam or some form of attempt to hack or steal information such as my phone number or such. If you recieve a call from this number with the same pattern as I did please be carful.

BUSINESS NAME. Le Ninas Conch Shack Fast Food Restaurant and Gift Shoppe aka LNCS. WHAT THEY DO. Fast food restaurant specializing in Dutch Double Cracked Conch with Curacao Fries, Caribbean Duff* and beverage combo. They appear to have a wide selection of Fries & Caribbean Duffs! (Promoted as- The Queen of Fries & King of Duff). WHAT HAPPENED- My son was ordering a dutch double cracked conch dinner combo with avocado fries, Guava Duff and a Strawberry-N-Banana Milkshake on my smartphone and wanted delivery services! I did not know this at the point! OVERALL REACTION- Nice people: workers, customer care service agents. Explained well! Immediately resolved it after chatting! SO THIS IS PART 2 OF WHO IS CALLING MY PHONE! ON CALLBACK- They explained to me they were returning the call to inform that they were just in the start-up phase for now, so were not taking any orders for now from general public! They expressed things easily and said to excuse the call, that it was an automatic ring back, and confirmation and verification! I explained my son is 12 years old, so thank you for informing me, since they have mobile payments and accept cryptocurrency bitcoin payments as well as online/internet payments and Visa, Mastercard debit & credit card, even recyclables in weight - that was interesting payment for supporting the green movement and recycling. I never heard of that before! END RESULT- So it was just part of their confirmation process, but again they said they are just in the pilot stage of start-up for now, ONLY for registered member and my boy was applying for membership nd ordering! SUMMARY- Like I said they explained very precisely who they were, what they do and why they were returning the call back!
