Dear, I am Jasper Van Assche and I was renting a room in Bonifatia Phoenix Chemnitz from September 14 till October 2 (reservation number: 831773670). I have paid €441.00 upon arrival for the whole stay. However, from September 18 till September 22, I was in Leipzig and I did not use the room. It was then said to me by Karl-Heinz that I would be reimbursed for those nights that I was not in Chemnitz. This was also confirmed to me telephonically by Klemens on September 30.
