WHAT HAPPENED- My son was ordering a dutch double cracked conch dinner combo with avocado fries, Guava Duff and a Strawberry-N-Banana Milkshake on my smartphone and wanted delivery services!
I did not know this at the point!
OVERALL REACTION- Nice people: workers, customer care service agents. Explained well! Immediately resolved it after chatting!
SO THIS IS PART 2 OF WHO IS CALLING MY PHONE!
ON CALLBACK- They explained to me they were returning the call to inform that they were just in the start-up phase for now, so were not taking any orders for now from general public!
They expressed things easily and said to excuse the call, that it was an automatic ring back, and confirmation and verification!
I explained my son is 12 years old, so thank you for informing me, since they have mobile payments and accept cryptocurrency bitcoin payments as well as online/internet payments and Visa, Mastercard debit & credit card, even recyclables in weight - that was interesting payment for supporting the green movement and recycling.
I never heard of that before!
END RESULT- So it was just part of their confirmation process, but again they said they are just in the pilot stage of start-up for now, ONLY for registered member and my boy was applying for membership nd ordering!
SUMMARY- Like I said they explained very precisely who they were, what they do and why they were returning the call back!
